Regular Day Bell Schedule
School Day Begins at 7:20 a.m.
Tardy Bell Rings at 7:30 a.m.
Children will be marked tardy if they are not in their classroom at 7:30 a.m.
Bus Dismissal at 2:50 p.m.
Walkers & Car Riders at 2:50 p.m.

Transportation Change Notification
Send a written notice of any change in your child's transportation or call the office by 2 p.m. No changes will be made after 2 p.m.

Report an Absence
Please report your child's absence by either clicking here or by sending a note upon your child's return with the following information:

  • Student's name
  • Student's grade
  • Teacher's name
  • Date(s) of absence(s)
  • Reason for absence(s)

All unreported absences will be considered unexcused.

PTA News
Our PTA does so much wonderful work for our students and teachers at Lost Pines Elementary.

We are always in need of parents to serve on our board and to volunteer. If you are able to help out in any way, please contact a board member, your child’s teacher or the office.

All volunteers must complete a Volunteer application and agree to a DPS criminal background check.
